Project Manager
Our client, a prominent company in the construction industry, is presently seeking a Project Manager to join their Toronto location. With at least 5 years Project Management experience in the construction industry, this individual will be responsible for every project phase up to project completion.
Job responsibilities and duties:
- Supervising (sub)contractors and internal personnel
- Preparing project proposals, and participating in project bidding
- Interacting with suppliers, clients, contractors, and upper management
- Project and employee scheduling
- Identifying any project conflicts, and developing a viable solution
- Ensuring that the project is completed in a timely manner, and within budget
- Completing all related paperwork
Candidate Qualifications:
- At least 5 years Project Management experience within the construction industry
- Experience in industrial, commercial, and/or institutional construction
- Experience supervising a greenfield construction project
- Demonstrated ability to complete projects
- Experience supervising contractors, and interacting with suppliers, employees, management, and clients
