Senior Industrial Estimator
Leading design/build company is actively seeking a Senior Industrial Estimator to review and support the project sites. Candidate must have 10 years experience with a construction management firm & 10 years experience as an estimator pertaining to process mechanical and industrial facilities work.
-Must be able to read blue prints, manufacturer's data sheets, fabrication and assembly drawings is required.
-Must have the ability to communicate the basis of estimate to the design team and to take the lead in performing periodic reviews to ensure that the appropriate design concept is being applied to the details of the design.
-Must have detailed knowledge pertaining to any of the following types of construction projects: oil & gas, food & beverage, water treatment and wastewater facilities.
-Must be detail oriented and motivated to succeed within a fast-paced environment and possess a strong sense of urgency and thrive in a fast-paced environment..
-Must be able to work under minimal supervision.
