LEED Construction Project Manager
One of the largest general contractors in Southern Nevada is looking for a LEED project manager to join their growing team. This company is working on the largest projects in Las Vegas and they need someone with their LEED certification.
The ideal candidate will also have experience working on LEED projects as well as a degree in Construction Management. This person will be responsible for the organization and direction of LEED construction and related activities.
Job Duties Include:
- responsible for jobsite operations, including managing all sub-contractors, suppliers, clients and their representatives.
- establishes, coordinates and implements construction schedules, manning charts, material and equipment requirements.
- controls jobsite expenditures
- ensures subordinate personnel receive progressive training to enable them to assume additional responsibilities.
- implements safety programs and ensures strict adherence to federal, state and local safety codes.
Job Requirements Include:
- knowledge of all phases of construction
- must have strong interpersonal and influencing skills
- strong communication skills
- LEED certification
- prior experience working on LEED projects
- Construction Management degree
