Sr. Construction Project Manager Job Description:

Aerotek is currently hiring for a Sr. Project Manager to oversee projects in the PG County / North East DC Area.

Qualified candidates will have approximately 8 yrs experience with Commercial Construction Experience as a Project Manager.



Duties Include

- Handling two to three projects at a time from conception to completion costing in the $3 million dollar range.

- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

- Daily management and supervision of staff.

- Negotiate and Prepare Subcontractors

- Act as a liaison between architects, owners, engineers, and superintendents

- Maintain working relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.

- Create, update and maintain project schedules.

- Negotiate, prepare, issue and execute contracts and change orders.

- Organize and maintain project documents.

- Track job costs and update budget projections.
