Sr. Construction Estimator Job Description:

Aerotek is currently hiring for a Sr. Commercial Construction Estimator. Our client is a mid-sized General Contractor based out of the Baltimore, MD area.

Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 8 years of relevant Construction Estimating experience for similar sized or larger General Contractors. Sr. Estimators will be responsible for the entire estimating department.

Additional Responsibilities Include:


*Development of master budgets and cost models
* Provides conceptual estimates of projects or project components.
* Develops and maintains cost databases.
* Reviews and comments on estimates provided by others.
* Provides independent estimates of change orders.
* Develop pre-construction cost estimates.
