Construction Base-Build Superintendent
Aerotek is currently hiring for Construction Superintendents with Comerica ground-out construction experience.
Our client is a Premier General Contractor and Construction Management firm in the National Capital and Baltimore, MD area. Our client handles commercial construction projects from concept to completion including the planning, schedule and risk management, oversight of all subcontractors and materials and quality control.
As a construction superintendent the candidate would oversee the day-to-day management of an individual project valued at up to $2 Million.
Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 5 years experience in commercial construction (preferably with a general contractor).
