Senior Piping Estimator
A large client of Aeroteks that self-performs heavy industrial construction on the power, process, and metals segments is seeking a senior estimator on a direct hire basis. This client is a medium-sized family owned general contractor and is only seeking individuals who want to committ for a long term position.
SENIOR ESTIMATOR REQUIREMENTS:
-MUST have hands-on estimating experience to take-off and price self-performed elements, as well as solicit and evaluate subcontractor bids.
-MUST have the ability to assemble complete proposals for customers.
-MUST be able to prepare for contingency/risk assessments and fee discussions.
-MUST have a minimum of 5 years of industrial estimating experience.
-Timberline Software is NOT required, but is desired.
-Some travel may be required.
