Civil/Construction Project Engineer
International Retail Company is looking for a quality Construction Project Engineer with 2-4 years of experience for their Chicago operations.
This position is a 6 month contract-to-hire. This is an immediate position paying $45,000 to $60,000 depending on experience.
Job Duties Include:
- Monitoring all field engineering operations as they relate to specific area/sub trades.
- Actively participate in all coordination meetings as they relate to specific areas/sub trades.
- Assisting Superintendents with schedule updates.
- Documenting and observe daily field activities as they relate to specific areas/ sub trades
- Assisting superintendent with punch list process.
- Coordinating document revisions with field operations and subcontractors.
- Performing other related duties as required.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- 2-4 year of experience as a Project Engineer in the Construction industry.
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management necessary, Masters Degree preferred.
