Sr. Project Manager
Aerotek CM is seeking a Sr. Construction Project Manager for a direct position with their client, an award-winning general contractor based out of Southern California. The position itself would be working out of their office in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Requirements:
15+ years project management experience
5-10+ years military construction experience.
Bachelors degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or other related field.
Vertical construction project experience over $20 million.
Design/build project experience.
Position Description:
The successful candidate for this position will provide project management for all facets of construction. This role will oversee a 10-person operations team as well as 30 field personnel.
