Project Engineer Job Description:

Commercial General Contractor has an immediate need for a Project Engineer in the Pacoima area.

Candidate must have a minimum of 2-4 years of commercial construction experience. Strong estimating skills, subcontractor acquisition and agreement coordination. Strong buy-out skills, detail oriented and excellent communication skills. Candidates must be able to complete project on-time & on-schedule.

Skills:

-Change orders Maintenance
-subcontractor bid date follow-up
-submittal generation / tracking
-Report to project managers
-Project Alternates
-Subcontractors' bids & qualifications review

Candidate MUST have a BS in Construction Management.
