Multi Family Construction Superintendent
A local Construction Management firm is looking to take over their first out of the ground multi-family project and is looking for an experienced superintendent to come and run the project.
Duties include client interface, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination and management,, submittals, change orders, RFI's and material ordering. Projects will be Multi-family projects, apartments, and condos.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years experience as an Assistant Superintendent, or Project or General Superintendent managing one or more ground up construction projects. The candidate will have experience with Wood/stick frame on concrete podium deck. Single family residential experience WILL NOT be considered.
