Construction Scheduler
We are currently seeking a Construction Scheduler for a large General Contractor in the Los Angeles area. This company has built many of California's landmark buildings during the last thirty years. Consistently ranked among the ENR Top 400 General Contractors and the Forbes 500 largest privately owned companies, this company has long been recognized as a leader in commercial construction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Architecture
- 5 years in field as a Project Scheduler
- Excellent verbal and written communication/interpersonal skills
- Fluent in P3, Suretrak and Microsoft Project Scheduling software
Responsibilities:
- Develop & Maintain project schedule per direction of Project Management and Superintendent.
- Work with project team to develop Baseline Schedule.
- Understand Company's scheduling standards and implement their use on projects.
- Review quarterly schedule audits and incorporate recommendations into the project schedule.
- Review contracts for specific scheduling needs & profile critical timelines.
- Help to develop trade productivity rates for crew planning needs.
