Construction Administrator
A San Francisco Architecture firm is seeking a qualified Construction Project Administrator with strong administrative skills that has the desire to work in the construction field.
In addition to performing general office duties such as answering phones, greeting clients, filing, maintaining office supplies, you will be responsible of all construction documentation including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.You will support the Project Manager, Superintendent, and Engineers to enhance construction efforts.
Previous experience as a Project Assistant/Administrator/Coordinator or Office Manager for a construction management firm or a general contractor is preferred in order to thrive in a construction environment. Candidate needs to have excellent communication skills and to be highly organized and detail-oriented! This candidate will need to have a go getter attitude and will have the ability to show initiative. Personality is critical! 2-3 years minimum experience is a must.
